Design & Architectural Features

  • Symmetrical Balance: The building follows a strict symmetrical layout centered around a grand entrance, providing a sense of stability and formal elegance.

  • Grand Pediment: The central entrance is topped with a large, ornate triangular pediment featuring intricate floral relief carvings and sculptural elements.

  • Corinthian-Style Columns: The facade utilizes tall, slender columns with decorative capitals that support the main entablature, reflecting Greco-Roman influence.

  • Arched Grand Entry: The main doorway is set within a deep, recessed semicircular arch, creating a majestic and welcoming focal point.

  • Extensive Cornice Work: Heavy, multi-layered decorative cornices run along the roofline, adding depth and a strong horizontal definition to the structure.

  • Classic Balustrades: The rooftop features a continuous stone balustrade railing, which is a hallmark of European palatial architecture.

  • Uniform Arched Windows: Every window is designed with a semicircular arch at the top, framed by dark wood or metal to contrast against the light stone.

  • Premium Stone Finish: The exterior walls use a light cream or beige stone cladding, providing a clean, timeless, and high-end aesthetic.

  • Wall Pilasters: Vertical pilasters (decorative flat columns) are placed between window bays to break up the wall surface and add rhythm to the facade.

  • Detailed Frieze Bands: Horizontal decorative bands (friezes) are positioned below the roofline and above windows, featuring delicate molding work.

  • Tall Sidelight Glazing: The entrance is flanked by tall, vertical glass panels that allow natural light into the lobby while adding a touch of modern transparency.

  • Strategic Exterior Lighting: A classic hanging chandelier at the entrance and subtle accent lights on the pillars highlight the architectural details during the evening.

  • Elevated Plinth: The building is constructed on a raised platform (plinth) with wide steps, giving the structure a more prominent and grand stature.

  • Recessed Wall Panels: Below the windows, rectangular recessed niches add texture and variety to the lower half of the elevation.

  • Landscaped Perimeter: Small green shrubs and floral beds are integrated along the base to soften the transition between the building and the asphalt driveway.
