"Project Details"

1.  Garbh Grah: This is the sanctum sanctorum, the innermost chamber of the temple where the main deity is housed.

2.  Mandap: This refers to the hall or porch leading to the Garbh Grah.

 3.  Parikrama: This is the circumambulatory path or pradakshina path that devotees walk around the Garbh Grah.

  •  Entrances: Stairs lead up to the Mandap, which then leads to the Garbh Grah.

 

  •  Dimensions: The Mandap is 8'x9'9". The Parikrama path is 4' wide.

 

  •  Overall Shape: The temple structure appears to be rectangular with a central Garbh Grah surrounded by the Parikrama path, and a Mandap extending from one side.

 

  •  Pillars/Supports: The plan shows what appear to be columns or structural supports at the corners of the main temple structure
